Sometimes weapons can look very complex and difficult to do but if you proceed methodically and by small steps, they’re not so hard to do.

Fist thing to do, create a sheet of milliput of the shape of the blade with a metal rod inside.
On crée tout d’abord une feuille de milliput de la forme approximative de la lame avec un fil de fer à l’intérieur.

Then drill a small hole in a copper tube for the armature of staff.
Ensuite, on perce un trou dans un tube en cuivre qui servira d’armature au bâton.

The next step is sharpening the hedge of the blade with a hobby knife and glued it to the copper tube.
L’étape suivante consiste à aiguiser la lame avec un x-Acto et la coller à l’armature du bâton.

Now we cut in a milliput sheet the other side of the blade.
Maintenant, on découpe l’autre partie de la lame dans une feuille de milliput.

We glue the parts together and build some volume on the top with some milliput.
On attache les parties ensemble et on construit un volume par dessus en milliput.

We drill some holes for the nuts and bolts to come.
On perce des trous pour accueillir les rivets à venir.

The rivets and the small details are made with greenstuff. The skulls on the staff are made with sculpey.
